From 1871 until 1976 Winchester Repeating Arms Co., and later Olin Corporation, maintained and displayed the Winchester Arms Collection. This reference collection consisted of company made products, items from competitors, and even oddball pieces collected by Winchester's traveling salesmen during their journeys around the globe. With the addition of the Edwin Pugsley collection in the 1950s, the entire group became one of the best assemblages of American arms in existence. 226 pages #23151
