This is high quality reproduction of the 1946 painting Moose by Carl Rungius (1869-1959). At an early age, Rungius decided to be an artist, and more specifically, a wildlife artist. Rungius took every opportunity to study animal anatomy, observing and drawing muscle and bone structure. He was an ardent hunter, and it was this passion that brought him to Wyoming in 1895. Produced on a stochastic printer using cashmere paper. Dimensions are 28" x 22".
